To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government if his Department has carried out preparatory work to ensure public moneys delivered to owners’ management companies under the Government’s various defects remediation schemes will be fully tracked and accounted for if the Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 is not delivered on time; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
