Deputy Ivana Bacik asked the Minister for Justice when the regulations on service charges and sinking funds, as required under sections 18.17 and 19.9 of the Multi-Unit Development Act 2011, will be introduced; and if he will make a statement on the reasons they were not introduced in quarter 4 of 2022, as indicated in the Housing for All plan.
