Housing For All is the Government’s housing strategy and contains commitments to prepare and issue regulations under Sections 18 and 19 of the MUD Act to assist OMCs in tackling some of the problems around collecting service charges and putting proper Sinking Funds in place.
This regulatory process was supposed to be completed in the Q4 of 2022. Concerningly, no regulations have been issued yet.
